Amato Lawyers was founded by Gioacchino Amato when he decided to build up a legal boutique that is able to maximize the experience gained by its founder, creating a dialogue between the institutional experience done in ten years of supervision of the financial markets, in Consob (the Italian Stock Exchange Commission), with the experience made after having been a key lawyer for 8 years in the two biggest advisory firm in the world, Pwc and Deloitte, where, in both networks he was Head of the Capital Market practice. To conclude with Gioacchino Amato has a strong international profile, deriving from having obtained an LL.M. at University of California, Berkeley, and a remarkable academic profile, deriving from having taught Securities Regulation at University of Florence, in Italy and in other Italian and foreign universities

Taurus is my star sign. The charging bull is the symbol of Wall Street, and in the world of finance it represents the increase of the prices of securities. This drawing of the artist Giuseppe Mucci, painter of bulls and fish, fascinates me a lot because it shows energy, vitality and will to win. The painter suggested me not to put any framework in the drawing because the bull cannot stay in the cage but shall be let free to unleash its force. And so I did, just hanging this drawing in the wall of my office. Moreover I could have chosen a bull with a red background but I preferred a bull with a blu one because I’m firmly convinced that, even in the fight, and clients pay lawyers for fighting, you always need to fight with elegance
